Marty William McMillan Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was last seen on April 22, 2017. He informed his family that he was going to meet a woman he had connected with on the online dating site Plenty of Fish. Unfortunately, he never returned home, and his family reported him missing. His last known location was the 2900 block of M Street SE.
