In the winter of 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the late morning calm in the Barry Farm neighborhood of Southeast Washington, D.C., forever altering the course of several lives. On January 18th, 32-year-old Terrence Allen, a male resident of Southeast Washington, was driving a vehicle with two other men.
