On November 14, 2015, Onyekachi Emmanuel Osuchukwu III, aged 24, was tragically shot and killed in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at an apartment on the 2900 block of Second Street, SE. Osuchukwu had been lured to the location by his best friend, Eugene Burns, who was 32 years old at the time of his arrest. Burns shot Osuchukwu four times, resulting in his death.
