Dante Lamont Brian Kinard, aged 21, was tragically shot and killed on February 19, 2016, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of Benning Road NE. Officers responding to the scene found Kinard suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
