Death by Force

Joe Cook, a 35-year-old man from Washington, D.C., was fatally shot on September 6, 2016. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Elvans Road SE, shortly before 2 p.m. Cook was found with gunshot wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
