Kenneth Poindexter, aged 29, was tragically killed on January 20, 2018, in Southeast Washington, D.C. The incident occurred in the 4700 block of Benning Road, near H.D. Woodson High School. Officers responded to a call about a shooting and found Poindexter with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
