On a cold Sunday night in Washington, D.C., the life of 26-year-old Todd Green was tragically cut short. On January 28, 2018, at approximately 10:05 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 800 block of Chesapeake Street in the Southeast quadrant of the city. When Metropolitan Police Department officers arrived at the scene, they found Green suffering from gunshot wounds.
