Sherrye Lee Bethel, a 21-year-old woman from Fort Worth, Texas, was last seen on July 15, 1976. She was in the process of divorcing her second husband at the time of her disappearance. According to her husband, Sherrye simply left him and their one-year-old child and was never heard from again.
