Death by Force

In the early morning hours of June 13, 2019, inside an apartment in the Tyler House complex on North Capitol Street NW in Washington, D.C., a fatal encounter unfolded. Twenty-four-year-old Devin Butler was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services. The incident took place shortly before 2 a.m. on the fourth floor of the building.
