Death by Force

On July 7, 2020, at approximately 1:15 a.m., the Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the 5000 block of Bass Place, SE, Washington, DC. Upon arrival, officers discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were identified as 56-year-old Claudette Williams, 29-year-old Marquise Lewis, and 20-year-old Juwan Wade. All three victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
