On an August evening in 2020, the life of 18-year-old Montrell Lucas was tragically cut short by gunfire in Washington, D.C. A male, he was discovered inside an apartment on the 1600 block of Maryland Avenue, Northeast, on Tuesday, August 4th, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
