On a Monday afternoon in Washington, D.C., the life of Demetri Maurice Harvin, a 33-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On October 5, 2020, at approximately 2:33 p.m., the sounds of gunshots echoed in the 1100 block of 1st Street, Northwest.
