Alexander Nwogu, a 23-year-old recent honors graduate from Virginia Tech, was tragically shot and killed on October 5, 2020, in Washington, D.C. Nwogu had recently started working at a top consulting firm and was found shot outside a gas station in the 4900 block of Connecticut Avenue NW around 1:30 a.m. His body was discovered near a car parked at a gas pump, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
