In the early morning hours of Sunday, October 11, 2020, the life of 31-year-old Noelle Wilson was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. At approximately 2:54 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District were dispatched to the 2300 block of Green Street, Southeast, after the sound of gunshots echoed through the neighborhood.
