In the late hours of a Tuesday in Washington, D.C., the life of Kevin Eugene Eaton, a 38-year-old male, was abruptly ended. On October 13, 2020, at approximately 11:40 p.m., police responded to the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace in Southeast D.C. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Mr. Eaton suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
