In the early evening of Saturday, January 9, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the routine inside a business on Florida Avenue, Northeast, in Washington, D.C. Seventeen-year-old Omari Dunn, a male resident of Northwest, D.C., was inside the establishment when he was shot.
