On August 29, 1996, 22-year-old Keith Dyer was fatally shot just outside a friend's home in Las Vegas, Nevada. This incident was part of a series of violent crimes committed by a trio of individuals, including Tony Ray Amati, Troy Sampson, and Edward James.

  • In 1996, Tony Amati and two other men killed three people in Las Vegas for fun. One of the victims was Keith Dyer, 22. A witness said the men laughed as they shot him 13 times.
