On Sunday, June 8, 2014, Police Officer Alyn Ronnie Beck, aged 41, was tragically killed in the line of duty along with his colleague, Officer Igor Soldo, in a devastating ambush in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred while the two officers were eating lunch at a pizza restaurant located in the 300 block of North Nellis Boulevard.
