On October 2, 2015, a tragic incident occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the deaths of Jennifer Bagley, 39, and her 8-year-old son, Lex Donoso. The Clark County coroner's office confirmed that Jennifer Bagley died from a single gunshot wound, while her son Lex Donoso suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.
