Cresencio Flores-Salas, 61, a Hispanic/Latino male from Las Vegas, was shot to death on the afternoon of November 18, 2015, inside a modest home on Jessica Avenue, just off East Charleston Boulevard near Maryland Parkway. A neighbor told police they heard two men arguing and then two gunshots.
