On a Friday afternoon in Las Vegas, what began as a regular day ended in tragedy for a young African-American man. Twenty-year-old Quenshon Jackson was in the 1500 block of East Harmon Avenue on February 22, 2013, when violence erupted. Just before noon, Jackson was shot in the head. He was rushed to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, but his injuries proved fatal.
