In the early hours of Sunday, February 28, 2016, the life of 25-year-old Tiyona M. McCladdie, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was behind the wheel of a car, accompanied by a male passenger, when another vehicle pulled alongside them.
