On June 24, 2016, Elliot Andrew Black, a 23-year-old resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, lost his life to gun violence in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, specifically around 1 a.m., in the 3500 block of Paradise Road near East Twain Avenue.
