In the winter of 2015, the life of Rodney Waymon Primm, a 43-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the evening of Monday, January 12th, Primm was found shot to death inside an apartment in the 700 block of Jackson Avenue. The preliminary investigation suggested that the fatal shooting stemmed from an argument that had broken out among several people inside the residence.
