In Las Vegas, Nevada, a 30-year-old White male named Deven Jene Mays was shot and killed on March 30, 2026. The incident occurred in the evening at an apartment complex on the 5800 block of Sky Pointe Drive, where Mays, a local tattoo artist and owner of Last Vanguard Tattoos, had arranged to meet a buyer for what police described as an "undetermined type of transaction," later revealed to be the sale of marijuana.
