On a Saturday night in Las Vegas, the life of Ray James Davis Jr., a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On March 29, 2025, police responded to multiple reports of a shooting on West Chicago Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Davis in a courtyard, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
