On the evening of January 7, 2021, the life of 32-year-old Hispanic male Jose Santa Cruz was tragically cut short in a shopping plaza parking lot on East Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. A special education teacher, Santa Cruz was with his father, who was setting up their family's taco truck nearby. An argument reportedly broke out between Santa Cruz and another male, allegedly concerning graffiti. The confrontation escalated, and gunshots rang out, leaving Santa Cruz with fatal wounds ...
