Austin Cooper Meyer, a 24-year-old from Marina, California, was one of the victims of the devastating Las Vegas shooting that occurred on October 1, 2017. Meyer was celebrating his 24th birthday with his girlfriend in Las Vegas, attending the Route 91 Harvest Festival, an outdoor country music event. The festival, which was in its third day, was concluding with a performance by Jason Aldean when the tragedy unfolded.
