In the late evening of November 10, 2017, the life of 49-year-old Charles Edward Jackson, a Black male, was cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. What began as an ordinary Friday night took a tragic turn, leaving behind questions that, according to available information, remain unanswered.
Around 8:20 p.m., police officers witnessed Jackson's sport utility vehicle suddenly jump a curb on North Rancho Drive. Rushing to the scene of the crash, they discovered the grim reality of the situation.
