In the late afternoon of February 3, 2018, a dispute in a Las Vegas strip mall parking lot tragically escalated, leading to the death of 41-year-old David Parsons. The incident began as a verbal argument between Parsons, a male, and another man in the parking lot of Owens Plaza. The disagreement soon turned physical, moving from the parking lot into a nearby store where a fistfight broke out.
