In a quiet North Las Vegas neighborhood near Lone Mountain Road and Decatur Boulevard, the life of 66-year-old Diane Meri Bauer came to a tragic end on Saturday, June 27, 2020. Police were called to her home in the late afternoon, around 4:40 p.m., to a grim scene. Inside, they discovered the bodies of Diane and her 69-year-old husband, Elmer Bauer. A firearm was found near them.
