On March 19, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in North Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the deaths of two young women. Odaly E. Lopez-Diaz, age 24, and Silian M. Jimenez-Bobadilla, age 27, were found shot to death in the 2000 block of McCarran Street.

The North Las Vegas Police Department received reports of shots fired at approximately 6:40 a.m. on that Tuesday morning. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the two women suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims w ...
