In the early morning hours of September 3, 2021, Tovoris Jackson, a 36-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. in the 900 block of East Twain Avenue, near South University Center Drive.
