On a spring morning in North Las Vegas, Nevada, the life of Victorlee Quitalig Boardley, a 25-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On March 18, 2022, in the 4700 block of Boulder Bay Street, a confrontation unfolded that would end in his death. Security cameras in the neighborhood captured the events, showing a struggle between Boardley and another man before a fatal gunshot.
