after reports of multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, officers found Amerson suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead due to gunshot wounds to the head and chest, as confirmed by the Clark County coroner's office.
The suspect in this case is Jonathan Bolton, also 38 years old, who was arrested in connection with Amerson's death. Bolton is Amerson's cousin, and the two had a history of ongoing issues that had lasted for years.
