In the evening hours of August 29, 2022, a tragic event unfolded in Reno, Nevada, leading to the death of 27-year-old Hispanic male, Jose Gonzalez. Officers from the Reno Police Department were dispatched to the vicinity of the Lakemill Lodge after receiving a report of a man down in the roadway. Upon arrival, they discovered Gonzalez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
