In the quiet Palomino Valley area near Reno, Nevada, the morning of July 9, 2024, was shattered by violence. At approximately 9:45 a.m., Washoe County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 5000 block of Microwave Drive following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 46-year-old Indra Souza, a male, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel quickly transported him to a local hospital for urgent care.
