In the early hours of October 9, 2022, the city of Reno, Nevada, was rattled by a violent act that claimed the life of 19-year-old Dayton Manning. Just after midnight, officers from the Reno Police Department were dispatched to the area of Museum Drive near the Truckee River following reports of gunfire.
