Death by Force

On the evening of July 1, 1981, 43-year-old Alfred Trujillo was socializing with family and friends at La Alma Park, located near West 11th Avenue and Navajo Street in Denver, Colorado. During the gathering, an unknown assailant approached and shot Trujillo. He was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following morning, July 2, 1981.
