On October 27, 2010, 21-year-old Paul Quince Cortez was found with gunshot wounds near the intersection of Bruce Randolph Avenue and York Street in Denver, Colorado. Emergency responders transported him to Denver Health Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
