On October 7, 1991, a tragic incident occurred in Denver, Colorado, which remains unsolved to this date. Eric Skinner, a 30-year-old black male, was found shot at the location of E 38th Avenue and Hudson Street. The discovery was made when Denver Police Officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle that had struck a building.
