On the evening of October 22, 2016, a 31-year-old man named Jose Jacquez was shot in Denver, Colorado. The incident occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. at 757 E. 20th Avenue. Denver Police Department officers responded to a call of shots fired and, upon arrival, found Mr. Jacquez with apparent gunshot wounds. He was a male. He was immediately transported to Denver Health Medical Center for treatment but ultimately succumbed to his injuries and passed away that same day.
