In the summer of 1995, the body of a man was discovered in a salvage lot near West 4th Avenue and Lipan Street in Denver, Colorado. Responding to a call on June 27th, officers from the Denver Police Department found the deceased male, who was later identified as William Halbrook Jr. An investigation into his death determined that he had been shot.
