Death by Force

In the early morning hours of March 4, 2019, the quiet of Denver's Athmar Park neighborhood was shattered by gunfire. Inside a home on the 2100 block of West Center Avenue, 55-year-old John Skopinski, a male, was shot and killed. The incident, which occurred at approximately 2 a.m., prompted a homicide investigation by the Denver Police Department.
