In the quiet town of Longmont, Colorado, a playful prank turned into a devastating tragedy, ending the life of 18-year-old Premila Lal. On a September evening, the recent high school graduate, a young woman of Indian-origin, devised a plan to surprise her 15-year-old brother and a close family friend, 21-year-old Nerrek Galley.
