In the early morning hours of a Saturday in the quiet Sherwood Forest subdivision of Divide, Colorado, a life was abruptly ended. On June 7, 2014, Brian Camp, a 29-year-old male from the nearby city of Colorado Springs, was fatally shot inside a residence on Maid Marian Drive. The tranquility of the neighborhood was shattered around 4 a.m. when a man inside the home placed a call to 911, reporting that he had just shot and killed an intruder.
