George Maldonado, a 49-year-old man, was a beloved figure in the Colorado Springs racing community and the owner of Full Throttle Auto. On July 13, 2017, his life was tragically cut short in a brutal act of violence that shook those who knew him. Two men, disguised as utility workers, entered his auto shop with the intent to rob him.
