In the rural landscape of Olathe, Colorado, the life of 23-year-old Kyle Cody Duran was cut short on Saturday, April 21, 2018. He was engaged in a turkey hunt on the Uncompahgre Plateau, near Trauer Trail in Montrose County, when he sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
