In the late autumn of 2018, the life of 22-year-old Raymond Frank Maez II, a male resident of Colorado Springs, was cut tragically short. On the morning of November 27, 2018, he was found with a gunshot wound in a tent at a homeless camp situated near Interstate 25 and the Martin Luther King Jr. Bypass.
