Devonte Phillips, a 24-year-old individual, was one of the victims in a double homicide that occurred on New Year's Eve 2022 at the Cabin Tap House in Denver's LoDo area. On this evening, Phillips and another person, 29-year-old Hiyaw Zewdie, were shot and killed.
